• Delivery usually takes 5–12 business days, depending on your location
• Once shipped, tracking information is shared via WhatsApp/email
• Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen issues

6. Return, Replacement & Refunds
All returns and replacements are strictly governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which includes:
✔ 48-hour window for damage/defect reporting
✔ Mandatory unboxing video
✔ Strict hygiene inspection for certain products
✔ No returns for used/washed items
✔ Replacement only for damaged/defective/wrong product
✔ Refund only in cases where replacement is not possible

7. Warranty
Warranty varies product-to-product (3–12 months or none).
Only manufacturing defects are covered.
