This Shipping Policy explains how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

✔ All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
✔ Orders are not processed on Sundays or Public Holidays.
✔ During high-volume periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.
✔ If your order is delayed, you will be notified via WhatsApp or Email.


2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

• Courier delays
• Weather conditions
• Festival rush
• Remote locations
• Unforeseen operational issues

We always try to deliver as fast as possible.


3. Shipping Charges

FREE Shipping on all orders
(COD orders may include a small extra fee depending on location – shown at checkout)

No hidden charges. No surprise fees.

This ensures maximum coverage and safe delivery nationwide.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

✔ Tracking details are sent via Email + WhatsApp
✔ Tracking page shows:
• Real-time location
• Shipment history
• Estimated arrival

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch.


6. Delayed / Lost Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather issues, or regional restrictions.

If your shipment is delayed or seems lost:

  2. We will raise a ticket with the courier

  3. You will get updates as soon as the courier responds

In rare cases of lost shipments, we will reship or refund as per policy.


7. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct address.
If the address is incorrect:

• Courier may return the package
• Extra re-shipping fees may apply
• Delivery may be delayed

If you contact us within 12 hours, we may update the address before dispatch.


8. Damaged Packages on Arrival

If the package arrives damaged:

✔ Take photos/videos immediately
✔ Do not discard packaging
✔ Contact us within 48 hours

We will assist as per our Return & Refund Policy.


9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
India-only deliveries.
