Our warranty policy is designed to give you complete confidence while keeping things transparent and fair.
1. Warranty Coverage (Product-Wise)
Not all products have the same warranty period.
🔹 Most electronic products:
3–12 Months Warranty (depending on model)
🔹 Non-electronic products:
No warranty (unless stated on the product page)
Each product page clearly mentions:
“Warranty: Yes / No — T&C Apply”
You can always check your product’s warranty details on its product page.
2. What the Warranty Covers
Warranty covers manufacturing or functional defects, including:
✔ Internal electronics failure
✔ Buttons or switches not working
✔ Motor malfunction
✔ Charging issues
✔ Major internal component failure
✔ Product not turning on
✔ Sudden dead unit
If your product falls under the warranty category, you are 100% covered.
3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
⛔ Physical damage
⛔ Water damage (unless product is waterproof)
⛔ Mishandling / misuse
⛔ Burns, dents, cracks, bent parts
⛔ Product used without following instructions
⛔ Normal wear & tear
⛔ Unauthorized repairs or modifications
4. Warranty Claim Process (Easy & Fast)
Step 1 — Contact Us

• Order ID
• Issue description
• Photos & short video
• Unboxing video if issue was from day 1
Step 2 — Technician Review
Our support team responds within 24–48 hours.
If the issue is valid under warranty, we proceed immediately.
Step 3 — Replacement Approval
No unnecessary questions.
Genuine issues are approved quickly.
Step 4 — Replacement Shipping
A new unit is shipped at zero cost.
If pickup is unavailable in your location, you may be asked to send it back.
Return shipping is reimbursed (standard charges only).
5. Refunds Under Warranty
Refund is issued only if:
✔ Replacement is not possible
✔ Product is permanently out of stock
Refund processing time: 7–10 business days.
6. Important Warranty Terms
• Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects
• Warranty does not cover accidental or physical damage
• Warranty period starts from the delivery date
• Product must be used with proper care
• You must provide photos/videos for claim validation
• Replacement unit continues the original warranty, not a new one
