At Equinox India, we take product quality seriously.
Every item is checked, tested, and packed with care.
This page explains your rights and our policies regarding warranty, returns, replacements, and refunds.

Our policies are designed to be transparent, fair, and to prevent misuse or fraud.


1. Warranty Coverage (Product-Wise)

Not all products carry the same warranty.
Warranty varies depending on the product type.

✔ Electronics & Gadgets

3–12 Months Warranty (product-specific)

✔ Non-electronic Products

May or may not include warranty — check the product page.

Each product page clearly shows:
“Warranty: Yes / No — T&C Apply.”


2. What Warranty Covers

Warranty applies only to manufacturing or functional defects, such as:

✔ Product not turning on
✔ Charging issues
✔ Electronic malfunction
✔ Motor or fan failure
✔ Internal component defect
✔ Major functional defect
✔ Sudden dead unit (not caused by damage)


3. What Warranty Does NOT Cover

Warranty does not cover:

⛔ Physical damage
⛔ Water damage (unless waterproof product)
⛔ Mishandling or accidental damage
⛔ Burn marks, dents, cracks
⛔ Broken parts, cut wires, scratches
⛔ Improper usage
⛔ Unauthorized repairs
⛔ Normal wear & tear
⛔ Accessories such as cables, brushes, etc.


4. Return & Replacement Policy (Strict Rules)

We only accept returns/replacements in the following cases:

✔ Allowed (within 48 Hours of Delivery)

  1. Received Damaged (broken or physically damaged)

  2. Received Defective (doesn’t switch on or doesn’t function on first use)

  3. Received Wrong Item (wrong model, color, or product)

Return Window:
🕒 48 Hours from Delivery (as per courier tracking)

After 48 hours, return requests will be automatically rejected.


5. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement (Zero Exceptions)

To prevent misuse, every claim must include:

🎥 Single, Uncut, Continuous Unboxing Video
The video must show:

  1. The sealed parcel from all sides

  2. The clearly visible AWB/Shipping Label

  3. The package being opened in one take

  4. The product being removed

  5. The defect/damage being shown clearly

  6. No pauses, no cuts, no edits

🚫 NO VIDEO = NO RETURN / NO REPLACEMENT
This policy is strict and non-negotiable.

Videos suspected of editing, tampering, or staging will be rejected immediately.


6. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for return:

✔ Completely unused
✔ No scratches or marks
✔ All accessories, manuals, packaging intact
✔ Product must be in brand-new condition

❗ Non-returnable for hygiene & safety reasons:

• Used products
• Washed or cleaned items
• Products with odors, stains, scratches
• Electronics opened or tampered

If the product fails inspection, the return will be rejected and sent back to the customer.


7. Replacement Process

Step 1 — Contact Support

Email: equinoxindia.info@gmail.com
Submit:
• Order ID
• Unboxing video link
• Photos of the issue
• Description of the problem

Step 2 — Verification

Our QC team reviews within 24–48 hours.

Step 3 — Approval & Pickup

If approved:
• Reverse pickup arranged (where available)
• Or customer ships the item and is reimbursed for standard courier fees

Step 4 — Replacement Shipped

A brand-new unit is shipped after inspection.


8. Refund Rules

Refund is provided ONLY when:

✔ Replacement is not possible
✔ Product is permanently out-of-stock
✔ Order cancelled before shipment

Refund Time:

7–10 business days
to the original payment method.

Deductions may apply:

• Shipping fee (if free shipping was provided)
• Restocking fee (15%) for certain cases, as per policy


9. Not Eligible for Return/Replacement

🚫 Customer changed mind
🚫 Found cheaper elsewhere
🚫 Product used / opened
🚫 No unboxing video
🚫 Damage after use
🚫 Incorrect usage
🚫 Minor cosmetic marks that do not affect function
